Contact Slot Providers
Whether you’ve spotted a wrong RTP figure, disagree with a ranking, or want to suggest a studio we haven’t covered yet, we want to hear it. Reader messages are the closest thing this site has to a quality department.
Getting hold of us
Email is the way — every message is read, and we aim to respond within two working days. Two things speed us up enormously: tell us which page you’re writing about, and if you’re reporting an error, point us at your source so we can verify it quickly.
Corrections are our favourite emails
Studios get bought, games get re-released in new builds, and yesterday’s verified fact quietly becomes today’s mistake. When a reader catches one, the fix goes in fast: we check the claim against primary sources, correct the page, and update its review date. Our Editorial Policy sets out exactly how that process works.
What we can’t do
Slot Providers reviews game developers — we don’t run gambling, hold anyone’s money or have any access to casino accounts, so we can’t intervene in disputes about withdrawals, bonuses or closed accounts. Take those to the casino’s own support first; if that fails, every UKGC-licensed operator must offer a free Alternative Dispute Resolution route (named in its terms), and the Gambling Commission publishes guidance on the process.
If gambling is the problem
Then skip the contact form entirely — talk to the people equipped to help, free and confidentially. The National Gambling Helpline runs 24/7 on 0808 8020 133, and our Responsible Gambling page lists every major UK support service in one place.
Use the form below and it lands straight in our inbox. If you’re reporting an error, include the page and your source — it makes the fix faster.
